bottomless fries always delicious food
We waited at our table for 15 minutes and then left. The hostess asked if she could take our drink order. However our waitress walked by us 6 times and didn’t say a word. Then we had to wait over 5 minutes to speak with a manger before we left. I had 3 kiddos with me and after a half hour wait to be seated being ignored for 15 minutes is not an option ! I called to speak with the GM who didn’t care at all! Not returning.
Great service and good food
I highly discourage any other patrons from visiting given their complete and utter lack of care for their employees. They will have their employees stay late on their shifts involuntarily. Despite blatant favoritism and lack of care when it comes to management and brakes. The appalling care for their employees directly reflects the pathetic excuse for quality cuisine. The food over all was excellent what really helped make it taste better was the pepper jack cheese
Thank you Red Robin for going above and beyond and rectifying a wrong. One of our orders was messed up twice and you guys handled things so well. We get that there will be bad days, and appreciated how apologetic you were but also for all that you did to make things better. Food is always great and we always enjoy the atmosphere.
