The service was great thanks Joey S. You really jumped through the hopes to make our dinner great.
Service was excellent...... we had 2 servers that went out of their way to make sure everyone was cared for..... By the way, these 2 servers were caring for 7 tables and about 22 customers. We all arrived within 10 minutes of each other, but the servers always had a smile and friendly attitude!
Hadn't been to a RR in years. Prices went up without the service and food getting any better to justify it in my opinion. In fact everything seemed watered down so to speak. I always loved the strawberry lemonade and it was still good but the glass it came in was smaller making you feel gluttonous for asking for more than one refill. Same with the fries, you literally get half of what you used to get. So asking for more than one refill, which I didn't, makes you feel like a cheapskate. I'm sure that's why they do that. My elderly mother slipped on their dirty, slippery floor at a corner booth where the step up and down was also difficult. Even the paramedic was slipping on the floor trying to treat her. I would like to see this place compensate her for her injuries to her hip, groin, and head!!! SERIOUSLY??? You're lucky you don't have a lawsuit on your hands! She is STILL suffering in pain and she's 81!!
Horrible service tonight. Got seated at a table, had every server either walk past us or make eye contact but not one offer to take a drink order. Waited 10 minutes and got up and walked out!
Good food. Can't go wrong with the California Chicken Burger. Service was just ok. Freckled Lemonade was yummy!
absolutely Love the Poutine fries, with a Tavern Double, I like that the Tavern Burger is a smaller burger too
