Great food, great service! I had the guacamole bacon burger with pepperjack. Delish!
We typically love Red Robin, as a family we eat at the BL and South Hill locations quite often. I’m not sure what is going on at the BL location tonight. The carpeted portion of the restaurant is filthy, food, wrappers, etc. really gross. I had to wipe down the booth before we could sit, booth seat covered in yuk. No soda refills. Actually no refills of anything, tea, fries, salad. Nope. It almost feels like the place is being ran without a manager tonight. Not sure- just the feeling. Really good service! Waitress was attentive and prices are very affordable!❤
My husband and I went here on Tuesday night. We ordered our food and when it came my husband's burger and fries were wrong. my husband ordered a fry fill and the fries were wrong again. He mentioned something to the bar tender and they took off 10% to cover the upgraded cost of bacon and garlic fries except for we still order paid because bacon and garlic fries are more than 3.10. so not only did we order pay, a manager never touched our table or apologized for all the mistakes. Very disappointing!
