New bartender dude (training) made me the best Mai Tai I have ever had.
2nd time ordering online from Bonney Lake Red Robin & both times were a joke. First, pay online with a Red Robin gift card that they will not accept upon arrival is bs! Second, we have been made to wait way beyond the time we were told food would be ready & then sent home with cold food. Third, the order is ALWAYS wrong. I’m going to throw away my remaining gift cards & recommend no one to go here again. Red Robin used to be a good place to eat...
always great food and great service with affordable prices
We came in and sat at a table for more then 10 min without any bother even acknowledging that we were even here then Kim our waitress finally came and she knew we were up set and said sorry it’s not like I’m sitting around eating bonbons. Wtf this is why I never come here anymore and won’t be back Kim is a horrible waitress
the fish and chips are awesome.
do not go here and expect decent service, 3 times ive ordered curb side service, and arrive at agreed time only to be ignored and waite 20 minutes only to finally just give up n cancel my order, not even an apology! and they want how much for a berger?!, definitely better places!, Hop Jack is just down the street!

Bonney lake WA location is terrible dont go there. You will not get what you ordered and they will not respond to your complaints. Better off going to applebees across the street they at least care that you get what you paid for
