There was a HAIR in my cesear salad, so the server took it back to get a fresh one. It took him 20 minutes to bring it out to me. The "new" one had funny tasting chicken and the lettuce on the bottom was wilting and turning brown. Now I'm dealing with food poisoning.... Not to mention, my son's chicken strips didn't really taste eight either.

My husband and I went in for dinner on teacher appreciation June 5th. It was very busy. They got my husband's order wrong three times! They made it right by covering his meal. When we were ready to pay for our drinks our waiter Trevor said there was no need he was going to cover it, he felt bad because it was supposed to my night and things didn't go so well. I really appreciate it! Thank you Trevor for the drink it made a bad experience into a good one!

Even though there was only a handful of people in the place today it took an hour to get our To go order! Then on top of everything the order was wrong! The chick was rude not getting off the phone and tried to put the screw up on us!
I will say that normally I’ve never had a complaint but my family went here last night and had the worst service I’ve ever had at a Red Robin. 4 adults and 2 kids, the two tables around us were sat after us and received their food before us. Took almost 15 minutes alone just to get the bill and pay it, then although the bill was right before we gave her our cards it was totally wrong when we got the receipts. Ridiculous. The service absolutely terrible. They brought my order out 15 to 20 minutes prior to my family's meal. I waited until my family's meal was brought to our table. I had requested for them to bring me a new plate of food because my food was cold. I had not touch my order until my family got their meal. I then waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get a replacement order back. I then asked for it to be a to-go order since it was so late and my family had already finished their meal!
