Four of us went to red Robin Friday night. The restaurant was full, wait time short. Our server was excellent, she was very concerned, our food was late. It was easy to see she was upset. One hour and 30 minutes later our food showed up. The man who brought the food kept carrying on about discounted this and discount that, there were three separate tickets. Clam Chowder was cold along with other people in our group...fries were cold other that the first 2 baskets...customer service is was pretty bad! Mgr was supposed to stop by...never showed
Been here 35 min just now got frys we orders when are drinks were ordered people that got here after us got there food and all most don with it.
Went in tonight for my birthday dinner with my friends. Our server was great, but the customers at the other table were horrible. Lady with fake boobs kept talking about how she was a bartender and then sending her drinks back. Ran our server around when she was obviously just looking for a free stuff. On arrival we were told 10 minutes ... after 35 minutes we hear a family upset because they waited 45 was seated and then told it would be an hour for French fries for their 5 kids. They called our name and I asked them if it was true. Yup they didn't bother to say anything to us about it. Plus they seated other people before us because they complained about waiting. Slow as molasses !! Food quality poor as well . Customer service is lacking with the new table tables it takes human interaction away .
So disappointed with the service. We have a heads up on a bday for a 5yr old with a party of 11 with a couple hours advance notice. But when we got there we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated in a completely dead restaurant. Drinks took 15 minutes; appetizers took 30; entrees took 45; another 20 for the check. The servers were completely flat, borderline rude, and completely uninterested in helping a little boy celebrate his birthday. Definitely not a shinning example of customer service.
Our party of 5 waited 30 minutes for drinks and another 30 minutes for food. The food itself was poor. The fries were cold and hard. We watched two tables get their food who were seated after us. Truly disappointed. Management needs to re-evaluate their priorities and make a commitment to customer service.
