We had lunch yesterday food and service were great!
The Banzai Burger is the best. Really enjoyed it .
Food is always good, the service sucks! We went to have dessert and ordered from out tablet at the table because the server didn't show... we got our dessert served by someone else. Our server came and asked if we needed anything else, I ordered water... 30 minutes later, I asked for my water again (he had forgotten) Last month we went to have dinner and the wait for a table wasn't too long, but it took 1.5hours to have dinner... they took forever with food. I don't think I will be going back.
Best Customer Service I got from Chelsea n everyone else���
I gave it a 4 because of the food portions not so generous.... adjust the food price to the size of the food portions or vice versa.. ���� four thumbs up for a very good customer service. Of course the food is very good it has that universal taste.
Only problem was the location. .I never usually have issues. ..first my Herb and Parm fries were no cooked or seasoned properly,then my server went to get another order of fries..when they came they were soaked in grease. .Not his Fault. I ordered the classic Cheese burger.well done..it came raw... Must have been a bad night. .my server was great..not his fault. .this was the kitchens fault. ..
