The customer service was the worst I have ever had. The server was rude and argued with us and we were told by the manager that we would get a gift card mailed to us which never happened because the server lied about giving us a free burger she instead took it from my red robin points. The southcenter mall one has way better customer service.
I dont recommend this location, service is always slow our waitress was friendly enough but it took her 30 minutes to come to our table in the first place. Food is always iffy. The last time we went we splurged and ordered cheese sticks only to get burned shells with no cheese inside. 🤦♀️

It was a good one in the bar had to wait a while to get server but all and all a good experience
the burgers were extremely good! they were just really messy.
There were many empty tables, we were seated at one of those empty tables after a long wait. Waitress was attentive at first but not so after taking our orders, an alcohol beverage was ordered, but it was never placed. I went to the bar & placed it myself. The bartender brought me the drink & she refilled my son's & husband's drinks as well.
