So bummed! Our favorite weekly restaurant went from first to worst today, Cold food, confused staff and slow food prep time. Now what do I do??
Filthy, bathrooms were disgusting...one can only hope the kitchen was cleaner. The service was slow, and there was hardly anyone else in there. My lettuce on my burger was so bad I couldn't even eat it. The toasted bread that came with my husbands salad was burnt beyond recognition. I love Red Robin, but this one needs some new management. Never again.
Went there on Monday, waited an hour for a table, which was understandable since we were a party of 9. Once seated we ordered right away and still had to wait 45 minutes for food to arrive at our table. Burger was lukewarm, bun was dried out from sitting under heat lamp, fries were mushy, rubbery, and cold. The place was not completely full by the time we got to our table, so can't understand what the delay was with our food. We could see it sitting under those heat lamps. Less than happy!
I will never go there again....
There was only one server on duty at 4 pm on a Friday evening. We waited 10 minutes without even being greeted and served drinks. To say the least we walked out and went elsewhere.
Had the best service and amazing waitress! We got drinks and fries without asking and she had a great attitude! Thank you Getaya!
Had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life at the Red Robin in Des Moines. Poor wait services. We had to ask for napkins and silver wear 3 times. Then we had to ask for our food more than once and when it finally came it was cold. My 90 year old mother ordered a bowl of French onion soup but only got 1/2 a bowl of the worst soup ever.
