Horrible service. Food was gross. Especially the burnt cold fries. Mary needs a new job out of the restaurant business. 15 minutes for 2 drinks, 20 minutes to ask for a refill and had to remind her again 20 minutes later.
Great food, awesome drinks, but our waitress was WAY too pushy on the specials and kept asking how everything was.
I’m not sure when it happened , but Red Robin has gone down hill ! It was my favorite place to go get a burger a shake talk with friends and take my daughter . The last couple times have been disappointing, but today was enough form me , not busy and we waited a long time to order and get our food , fries tasted of old grease , our burgers were cold and you served my daughter half frozen pizza with melted cheese ( not sure how you pulled that one off) . Today was the last time ever going !!!!
The donuts were undercooked, other then that it was fine!!
Very disappointed in their service and still waiting to hear back from their customer service concerning my complaint. And will be glad to post if not contacted within 24 hours
The food was great and the service was nice but took her time getting to us, especially when it came time to get the bill and pay.
Tried their new burger with the Brie cheese and bacon. It does come with jam but I got that on the side to try because it seemed weird on a burger. The burger was awesome, didn’t use the jam. I love how they will prepare your dinner any way you want. I am on low carb so no roll and got unlimited broccoli. I did have an onion ring because they are the BEST by far! Love Red Robin!
