Waitstaff is always friendly. Veterans with a ID get a 20% discount which is great . Good food n prices are reasonable.

Today it was not so very crowded (5pm) service excellent! Always a cozy atmosphere though! We do enjoy going there! Burgers are great. Bottomless fries and root beer floats are always a plus! Try adding garlic to the fries!!!!

I love Red Robin burgers especially my favorite Wedgie Burger and Salmon Burger as I’m trying to eat healthy. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. My family’s favorite branch is the one in Holyoke. We love to go there every week on Fridays and we a favorite food server named Jen! She’s the best waitress ever. Friendly, always gets our orders right every time, always happy and smiling and she cares about her customers.
Ate here and loved it. Burger was the one with pineapple. Will be back.
Long ticket times(22 minutes) and floors were filthy and greasy. Burger was what I expected but the fries were cold. The host and server were pleasant.
Although the food was very good, we waited over an hour to get it. I understand that it isn't a fast food restaurant, but over an hour to get your food? I don't know if the problem was in the kitchen or what. I would have to give this location 2 1/2 stars.
