Went to Red Robin in Holyoke yesterday. They were not busy whatsoever. Took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by a waitress to get drinks. Asked for fries while we waited for our food. Those took at least 15 minutes to come out and were cold. The burgers were great but when my husband asked for another beer he ended up going to get it himself from the bar after waiting 15 minutes for the waitress to bring it. It Is Comfortable And Staff Are Kool.
I have a fish allergy and our waitress, Karina, was fantastic. Kept checking to make sure I was ok, even though I was assured the food I ordered was always cooked separately from fish. I’ve been to seafood restaurants who didn’t even check on me that much. Very Pleased!!
