Burgers are so juicy good. Cooked perfect. Wonderful sweet potatoes fries. The servers are so friendly and helpful. Really like this.
Got our order wrong and the burger was smaller than the burgers at a fast food place . Will not come back again I'd rather go to in & out cheaper and bigger burgers there
Used to be a great place to take our family (4 generations) our last trip there was so bad. (Cold food, ("fresh" steak fries) burgers prepped wrong, terrible service) we have decided to not return. They would do well to clean house of their cooks and servers and start over.
I have been going to this location for years. It saddens me to see how horrible the service and food has become. I just left from the restaurant having NOT eaten my meal. No one to welcome us when we came in, order took an exceptionally long time to come out (was told that the cold salad was what was taking so long!), my wife's chicken sandwich was overcooked to the point that it was rubbery and my salad was inedible. I love eating here love their fries here service could be better but I'm here today and now they say you can't have your fries till your food comes but they are still bottomless fries. So what's the big deal about getting them before hand. Horrible
We love their burgers, chicken, they have the best fries. Love their root beer floats we love that they are free refills on them. We always had great service.
Food is great. Service was horrible. We had to get up and go to the kitchen to get silverware and napkins after they dropped our food off. We also had to take our check up to another server to pay it because our server was MIA almost our entire visit.
