My wife and I were seated in the bar area , witch was fine, but to our surprise when sitting down an elders lady who was on the same wall seat with a joining tables to us , grabbed her purse 👛 looked over at us like we're going to rob her right there. My wife and I thought it was funny and laugh it off . Otherwise our service was great and do plane on returning for their outstanding burgers 😎
Asked us not to sit in the "bar" area because we had our two month old with us. Our child was asleep and we had just sat down. We just wanted to sit there so we could see the football game while we ate. The bar isn't an actual bar, you are a fast casual restaurant not a pub. You should welcome families not discriminate against them. So sad... terrible policy.
Not a great experience. Our table was directly under an A/C vent and we were uncomfortably cold. The bacon on the burgers was barely cooked and the burgers themselves had very little flavor. The fries were not cooked well and our food got cold almost instantly from the A/C. Probably will not return.
The selection of burgers is the most I have ever seen - so many options!
I've been to better ones..... I think our waitress was over sat and was stressed...
We went to celebrate our kids birthdays, it's always clean and good food.
My friends and I ate there last night. The food and service was good but the a/c was cranked up! It was 55 degrees outside. Who has air conditioning on at that temp? And it's always cold in both the Peoria and Surprise locations. When I mentioned it to some friends today they agreed that you always have to wear a jacket. When you ask the waiter or manager they say the temp is controlled by the corporate office in Denver. How do they know in Denver what our weather is like in Arizona? Food and service is #1 had the Nantucket seafood scatter beer batter cod fillets, shrimp and clams with great fries and slaw everything was outstanding worth every penny !!!
