Took my daughter there for lunch yesterday and the burger was amazing!! And the service!
I love ordering take out from here and NEVER getting my food.
Just sat down and already disappointed. Asked for a booth and hostess tryed to sit my wife and I ay a kids table. REALLY!
My husband took me on my birthday may 21st. I ordered whiskey chicken sand there was more Frenches onions, saggy lettuce, and 3× too much mayo. The waitress didn't seem to notice. Not going back any time soon.
My family and i went out for my sons 5th birthday last night. We were met with a rude waitress, horrible service, cold food, and then when complained were told to get the f*** out of the restaurant by manager John. In the process of leaving management then called the cops on us and attempted to lay his hands on my husband. This way by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at any restaurant.
Thank you so much to everyone at Red Robin. We showed up with 25 plus people at 9 after a championship softball game. Our food was hot and fast getting out. Then the manager brought the girls out a huge ice Sunday to share and celebrate their huge win. Thank you again for helping make this night so special for these girls!
