Red Robin in Enansville Indiana is totally AWESOME
My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday at this restaurant. We have been there many times before and received stellar service! However, tonight, the service was poor. My husband had forgot his rewards card and the only way they could look up his reward was through a phone number (which neither of us could remember). Then my husband found a hair in his burger. Great food, fabulous waitress and staff. Sang a tailored Happy Birthday to my 26th year old son that was a lot of fun. We will be back.
Wow! I suppose I should have known by the attitude of the hostess that I should run, but I didn't. I was VERY specific with our server about my gluten concerns and ask that she speak directly with the kitchen about my concerns but she seemed to think she could address my gluten issues better than I because she had a roommate that was celiac and that by ordering my fries without salt they would be non-contaminated. I rather regret choosing to dine here. The restaurant was chilly despite having a jacket on, wasn't able to taste much "burger" on my sandwich, had to take from a different table to have ketchup (ours was empty), our order was brought to us incomplete, glass was completely empty before being refilled. Really just a bad experience and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Our waitress was kind but follow through was poor. Overall, our experience was unbelievably bad.
Do not visit today. They are under staffed and although 75% of the restaurant is empty, they won't allow you to sit at a table until they have more servers arrive. The manager was very rude when I asked if we could at least sit at at table until a server arrived. She even walked off as I was speaking to her.
