Service at the bar is terrible. Food is great & either they don't have the staff or the waiters don't care. Samantha is not customer friendly at all. We understand they have to make drinks for the whole restaurant but obviously more help is needed behind the var.
We went about 7:00pm for dinner. The atmosphere was great and the food was fantastic! The kids all had a great time with the games and chalkboards! My friend was quick to tell everyone that is was my birthday so, of course the staff sang to me and treated me to a delicious sundae! The only thing that wasn't a+was they had ran out of pizza bread that two of the children had ordered. So we got them chicken strips instead and everyone was happy!
We went in around 6:30pm on a Saturday evening. Expected it to be busy and had no problem waiting. When we went to the hostess station to check in, the Hostess (manager, possibly?) looked right at us and walked away. We stood there for several minutes, a server even came by and apologized, before the woman finally returned and addressed us in a huffy manner, never smiled at any point that we saw her during our visit. The burger was dry and rubbery. The fries tasted like they was under a heat lamp all day. They was good when they first opened. Not sure what happened between then and now. Will try one more time maybe they had a bad day. If it's the same the 2nd time I'm done.
