Was there this past Saturday. Had the burger with pineapple on it and it was so delicious! I was not disappointed one bit. The waitress was also great as well. She checked on us a decent amount and was very polite!.
Thanks red robin for making us feel appreciated! I have never been treated so great at a restaurant. We will miss coming in all the time. We got a card and the staff signed it telling us goodbye since we are moving back to Georgia. Alec you're the real mvp thanks for being an awesome waiter for our last visit for a while!
Was seated and no one came at all. Wasn't even busy parking lot empty. Now I see why. Sat in our seat for 18 minutes. Needless to say couldn't even ask for some help they were all in the back. Not returning.
Very few people there at the time we were there. Cold fish and wings on first attempt. Manager comes over to make it right, says we are remaking the order. While you wait I have fries coming up in 30 seconds will bring you some to hold you over. Never happened. New food was hot but half way through it wife found a hair in her chicken. Manager comes back while loading carryout box. Says we are sorry. Comps the bill. Only positive from today. Going to take awhile before we return.
