awesome food, atmosphere and service
Service is always super slow but only at this location
my 14.99 cod n shrimp basket consisted of 2 THUMB sized pieces of cod and 6 half of a pinkie sized shrimp n 10ish steak fries...waitress was doubling as bartender so we were not tended to often. my dinner was delivered by the kitchen without the tartar sauce n shrimp sauce with it as stated on menu. food was cold by the time I flagged a waitress to get sauces. really an unpleasant way to celebrate a birthday, which I did tell the waitress at seating. poor way to treat customers
server melissa was horrible. visited table 4x. had to have manager bring check. worst service I've ever received. as a former server I always try to find a way to not blame the server but I could not find one for her. not once offered a refill nor box for our food. and took 15 mins to get bbq sauce and ranch. and again manager brought.
Waited almost 10 minutes before walking out. Waitress never came to our table. There were only 3 other tables in our section with people. Restaurant was not busy at all. She cleaned an empty table, brought drink refills to the table next to us, even asked the table behind us if there food was good. Decided after that we weren’t ever going to get waited on, so we got up and walked out. Saw most of the staff in the kitchen talking.
We celebrated my 10 yr old Granddaughter's birthday there today. Sabrina was our waitress. She was wonderful, she got balloons and put them on her chair, she made a sign that said Happy Birthday for her chair. When we were all done eating she brought her a sundae and they sang Happy Birthday to her. Sabrina was a wonderful server! So nice to everyone and kept everyone's drinks filled. Thank you for making my Granddaughter's Day!
Great place to hang and a good Burger.
The burger was good but service was slow, And it wasn't even busy. The food was not hot when it came out.
