So I normally don’t blast businesses on Facebook, but I feel this one is worth it. On Wednesday we went with some friends to Red Robin in Merrillville. I’ve been there many times but this time was BEYOND ridiculous! Not only did our service SUCK, drinks were not refilled, our server completely ignored us, food delays (mind you they were dead) but the boys bathroom stall was overflowing out into the hallway that was ignored almost the entire time we were there. Recommendedfood was really good. Fist round of zucchini and fries were cold but second baskets were good server must have been busy because we had really long waits for drink refills and no napkins or silverware. over all good food though.

Never received shake. Food was cold. Sandwich wasn’t well done as per special instructions. Had some nasty sauce on both sandwiches never choose. Chicken had pickles never ordered that way. Both had lettuce never ordered that way. Meat was pink and specific on order to be well done and no pink. Disgusting. Thrown away.
