The service was really bad. Fries were cold and very greasy. Had to wrap our left overs in paper towels from our table. Paid at the table could not get our waiter the for our check and to go boxes. Will not return to this location.
RecommendedI recommend going there to eat. The food was good to me. Cause I was really hungry.!!!!😉
Amazing catering offerings highly recommend
From the time we walked in until we left we had great service! If we had to ask for something it wa presented to us promptly! We had 8 people in our group and 3 were kids. The waitress stay on top of our drinks and fries. Our burgers were delicious and cooked to order. I tried the Royal Red Robin and am craving another tonight. Will most definitely return to eat in or take home.
The visit was “ok” this time. Was in a party/10 and some of our food arrived cold & we sent it back. Our server was pleasant. Noticed on the way home, we were charged for the returned food. Oh well. Hopefully better visit next time.
Juicy burgers and bottomless steak fries. . . My favorite place to eat.
My family and I just left, after a 25 minute wait to be seated- wouldn't have minded that but there were over 7 empty tables on the floor while we waited.... After being seated we sat an additional 20 minutes for NO SERVICE. No drinks....nothing. SUCH a same! Not to mention while we waited multiple servers sang happy birthday to other customer. I would be completely understanding had the place been busy but it wasn't. Multiple tables empty. Don't know if we will go back !
Service was quick... but all of our friescame back old and dark brown... no matter how many times we asked for.more fries
Burger was phenomenal!!! The server was amazing. Love this place!!!
