RecommendedMy husband and I dined at this Red Robin on Saturday evening. Everything and I do mean everything was absolutely wonderful. From the hostess and her friendliness to our outstanding server (happy 21st bday) who was knowledgeable and super sweet to the people who brought out our food & drinks which was exactly how we ordered it. Our food was hot and delicious! Way to go Collierville Red Robin. Yummmmmm
Waitress was prompt and so friendly. We were there right at 11am and they were still very nice even tho we bombarded them right at opening.
I can invest my last dollar with only one person and that's Mrs Kimberly Louis who prove to be the most honest and trustworthy Expert trader. she's the best account manager I have ever known or heard of.She has been helping me. Went in this past Saturday with my family and had a horrible experience. First, no menus were provided and we were told to use the kiosk on the table, which didn’t work. I had to go ask someone else for some menus since I think it is ridiculous for a restaurant to ask it’s customers to use their phone to view the menu. Then, the waiter was very slow in getting us drinks and taking orders. Went in Saturday. Took forever to get a water. Didn’t get it until after I got my food. And even then I had to ask for it a second time. Got double charged on my card. I was told Saturday the money would be back in my account in 2-3 days. It still isn’t. So I called yesterday morning to find out what was going on. Talked to someone who said he was the manager.
