Greeter was great but once we got seated and served our food, the waitress did not immediately refill our drinks.......or ask if we needed more to drink. We asked another waitress.......but other than that, we had a good time.....
It was a wonderful experience and they took care of us and everything was just soooooo awesome thanks Red Robin
The food was ok, but the server was dirty and rude. First of all if you spill crap on your shirt, change your shirt, second do not lean over the table to reach the zosk machine, that is just rude. I could go on and on about it but the manager was dirty too so why bother.
1st of all it took forever to be seated, we sat the bar area. It was my Best friends Birthday so we out to burgers and an adult drink. Very slow service. The refil on my fries came after my burger was gone. The staff sang Happy Birthday to me when my daughter took me so I treated my best friend out for the same.great feeling. I was so wrong she was disappointed.
