Red Robin was great. Visiting from Miss. so this is my first in years. Ordered blue burger w/ sauces on the side. Burger was awesome dry. Added the sauces 🔥. My son's first time- big fry eater, he was impressed. Aaliyah our server was awesome. Drink from the bar on point 🔥. Great experience for my first time back in years. Reminds me why Red Robin has always been one of my favorites
Great food and atmosphere
My husband and I have tried several different burgers, appetizers, desserts and drinks. Everything has been good and friendly staff.
Bland food. The burgers or fries did not have much of a taste at all. Poor quality meat in the burgers.
RecommendedLove the fries and burgers! Ordered the Cluck and shrimp..a little over fried for my taste😑😑 not ordering that again!
We visited the restaurant and ordered the Royal Burger. it's our favorite, however, they normally don't scramble the egg. The manager Russell came over and stated he would make an exception. The waitress, Amber was awesome and we love the experience. Red Robin, you should consider adding the option for us to have our eggs scrambled!

I love this location. The food was great, server was attentive and the manager came to everyone's table to see how they were liking their food/service. Jeff, was the manager on duty, during the recent time I went. I always see him working hard with a smile on his face. Brandon, the general manager is also really great. Both are hard workers, professional and positive people. I live in Cordova, but the staff/food at the Collierville location is definitely worth the drive when im craving a great burger and exceptional service.
