I wanted to give no stars, but that option isn't available. Took at least 30 minutes if not more just to get a burger and a very small basket of fries. Burger tasted horrible and fries were cold. The 'hostess' was picking her nose then touching silverware. Gross! The manager didn't care at all and to top if all off my boyfriend went home with a very upset stomach. They need better management. I would nor recommend this place at all. Was not worth the $16 we spent.
Fast service. But are they closing next year?
The food was good. However the service was terrible. My husband got his drink but it took them 20 min to bring me my rootbeer. After I finally got my drink and drank it took them 30 minutes to get me a refill. We had to ask several times for napkins and silverwear. We had to ask another waitress to find our waitress so we could order our food. When we asked for our frie refill.. it was another 30 minutes before we got them!!! When we finally got them.. my fry basket had like 5 fries in it. It was a joke!!! Terrible service.

Most of the Red Robin employees use the restrooms next door at Belk and most of the time they don't wash their hands, you don't want that touching your food.
Good burgers but a little pricey!!
Great food and great service.
Great staff, wonderful food! The mgr went out of his way to make sure my son’s food was safe (he has several severe food allergies). He even came back to the table to check on him afterwards.
Very slow service and I had to get my burger remade. Will not be back!
