My fiancee and I got treated awful at Red Robin today. What's worse this was my first time there ever. We will not be returning. The manager, after I had to flag him down, did comp our meal but then he never came back to the table or even apologized. I was livid and so was my fiancee. What a disgraceful way to be treated!!
Grown men need big burgers..not small burgers n 12 fries then charge us $10 for it.

put in a togo order on 9/22/2019 guy said 20 mins came back 20 mins later he says i forgot to out your order in . ao i tell him agian what i wanted waited 40 mins food comes out and my order is totaly wrong. managers says do u have time to wait for us remake it umm no i been waiting a hour
Awesome burgers, and bottomless sweet potato fries and broccoli! service is friendly. Great atmosphere. Best Vegan burger around!!
