It seems like this location is going downhill since the last time we visited. The staff is all very young, our waitress was not very attentive, and I heard multiple apologizes to different customers from different servers. My son ordered the fresh fruit with his kids meal and they knowing brought him frozen fruit in a cup. Plus, the rest of our food didn't taste as good as I remember it. I ordered the gluten free bun on my burger. I have celiac and they were very careful not to contaminate me. I have not enjoyed such an awesome and safe meal in forever . Thanks Red Robin Mexico Loop for an AMAZING option for people with allergies.
I like them simple but the family likes to mix it up. Everyone's got their favorite. Yum!

Went there last night and had the new Southern Charm burger. Best burger that I ever had and I've had a lot of burgers. Also, kudos to the chef. It was cooked to perfection. Also, our server, Caitlyn, did a hell of a job. We had a large group and she didn't miss a beat. She didn't treat us like just customers. It was like she knew us forever
