We had a party of 20 and everything was great! Good food, excellent service, and seemed very clean. Our waiter, Willy, was great. He handled all of us very professionally. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful dining experience! We will definitely be back.

Our waitress Jess was amazing! Didn’t rush us at all and I’m a slow eater. Very enjoyable atmosphere as well.
So we ate at Red Robin tonight and wanted to order two shakes to go while we check out some Christmas lights around town. Not really thinking about it or the size we ordered the classic milk shake. And here you go the tiniest shakes I have ever seen in my life. This is what you get for $4.00 x 2 plus tax and tip equals $10.00 worth of milk shakes. Not exactly sure I will ever order a shake from Red Robin again. I would appreciate a change in there policy!
It was so cold in the restaurant we had to leave our coats on. Food was OK, except for my wife’s salmon that was dry and had no seasoning. Pretty much tasteless. This chain has gone down in quality so much on the past 10 years. Used to like it. Now, not so much.
I was 10/23 and service was outstanding and food was great. I have been there 3 times in the last and everytime the food has been super and so were the service.
