We come to this location often and always have a great experience - tonight was extra nice thanks to Joy; her wonderful attitude definitely matches her name! Our food was delivered fast and we never had an empty glass. Thanks Joy!
The TV commercials really don't do the place justice. The food was wonderful and very flavorful. The service was exceptional! The only reason I won't give them a 5-star rating this time is because the behavior of the manager on duty last night was appalling. Unnecessary badgering and heckling of the staff within earshot of the guests. I informed the server that it was definitely annoying to say the least. This red Robin is the only one I have ever been to in Ofallon and I can't say enough how much I love their fish and chips. The staff is always cheerful and very courteous something I really appreciate. It's unfortunate I live 2 1/2 hours away from red Robin but when I go to visit my nephews family I always have to stop in.
