31 minutes for a cold burger is not worth the price. kitchen through put was poor. either not enough trained staff or poor processes. If I knew the answer, it would be named after me.
Make sure to get the jalapeño relish no matter what you order!!

Enjoyed our first ever trip to Red Robin with only a few minor hiccups. My Madlove burger came without avocado but they fixed it. It’s a really good burger once everything is in place. My daughter got a haystack tavern burger. She was hoping for onion straws which they were but since they were put on the bottom of the burger, they were soggy and I could tell she was disappointed. I recommend puting them on top of the burger to fix this problem. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Hope to make it back soon.

My first time here I love it
Ordered online and got to the restaurant at the time it would be ready and still had to wait an extra amount of time. Part of the order was wrong and didn’t get the dressing requested for the salad. The food was also cold and we only live 5 min away. I will definitely take the time to go to the Lake St. Louis location next time rather that the O’Fallon location.
Hamburgers were great and the onion rings fabulous. Service was great.
Located in the greater St. Louis area and they do not serve Budweiser. Immediate 1 star. Figure it out. #bringTHEKINGback
