Always love Red Robin food, but I would drive to the O'Fallon location instead of going to this one...our server seemed inconvenienced.
First time there, the burgers were a little expensive and my bun fall apart. The food took a while to get to us. But the kids had fun.
Unfortunately tonight we had the worst experience at Red Robin and we go here several times a year. After 30 minutes the food was delivered cold, the manager was rude and said we could talk about this but we are wasting time. So, we decided to give them a second chance and the food was good but the customer service was awful this time. I have never seen a manager be so rude and a waitress that stood at one side of the table and reached over the customers so she didn't have to walk to the other end of the table.
As always, delicious food, awesome service . . .my only complaint is that the closest one to us is 30 minutes away? Wish we could get one in Florissant, MO.
Too crowded. Food was ok. Was there with family. Wouldn't rush back. My niece had her birthday dinner tbere. She's 28 and likes it. Out of 7 people 2 said good. Waiter was rushing around.
