As soon as my friend and I walked in, we asked if we could sit outside as it was a gorgeous day. The male host (young guy) told us we could not (I forget now if he gave a reason or not). So, we settled for a table inside. Our server, while being a nice lady was just not quite with it. Everything about it was great. The workers were all very polite and friendly. The food was exceptionally good. We have to give a shout out to the manager working the evening of 6/8. When we arrived, he asked me what brought us in there, so I told him that our son had just graduated, receiving his high school diploma, after 10 yrs. When we were finishing up, he came over and asked who just graduated, our son raised his hand, the manager came iver, congratulated him and bought him a dessert. Usually love this location. Today we called ahead for a party of 10 and was told that if we could get there in 10mins we wouldn't have a wait. We arrive in 10mins all 10, 4 cars of us, and are now told that the wait is an hour. When we started complaining and the manager realized that we were the ones that called ,even though we had also already stated that, he then said oh well maybe 35mins... No apology and didn't even really converse with us or show concern.
Food was great but the bathroom were bad 1st went u walk into the hall toward the bathroom it smelled like alcohol.then went into the bathroom there was a dirty diaper in the stall then under the urinal there look like pee on the floor
Usually service/food is pretty good here, but today, it was off. My wife's burger came out lacking onion straws and the server didn't bring any out in a timely manner so we had to grab a manager. She didn't offer to refill the empty soda either. I had put my leftover salad in a box, and forgot it, going out to the car. I ran back in two minutes later, and they had thrown it out. Very annoyed no effort was made to hold it for a few minutes or chase me down outside. Lost money.
I went for my birthday and the food and staff was great. I even received a free ice-cream sundae for my birthday.
