Hostess was rude. Our waitress was excellent very attentive. Food was ok quality. Floors were sticky.
Had better for less service was good but burger was not very flavorful

Horrible experience with curb side pick up. Quoted be there 6:45 was told didn’t have order were running lTe because busy. Then was told it was taking longer as they were making it fresh. We live 1 mile away food was cold and appetizer was skimpy. No discount no apology, won’t be going back.
This is the longest I have ever waited at a Red Robin for food to be made and delivered. It was a horrible experience tonight at this location.
They don’t call it Gourmet Burgers for nothing with Steak fries and a desert. See for yourself proof is in the pudding.
