The tables were caked with food and gross in the cracks and sides of the tables. The wait time was ridiculous and being a repeated customer I am severely disappointed in customer service. Lots of room for improvement.
Don't do it! Don't expect them to honor what they say. Doesn't matter how much you try to work with then, they don't care about the customer.
Tonight was not a really good experience . It was only my daughter and I. The waitress was slow and kept disappearing, we were seated and waited almost 10 minutes before we were even greeted, and then we waited another 10 minutes for our drinks and then when the waitress finally came she just sat our drinks on the table and walked off again without even asking if we we're ready to order (which we were). Great food and wonderful service. By the time we had finished our first basket of chips, our food was out.
The service was great and I enjoyed my salmon sandwich and fries!
I love Red Robin!! We go to Co. Spgs. just to have a burger!!� And the Staff is Awesome!! That's my place!
