I’ve always had a great server , no problem there, the last time I went yesterday I was a little disappointed in the food. Took my son and his girlfriend to lunch there , she ordered a burger , there was the longest curly hair I’ve ever seen inside her burger, when she pulled it out, it seemed like it was never going to stop! I am a food delivery driver in Colorado Springs. I frequent the Southgate Red Robins location several times a week to pick up food for customers. Today I was at the restaurant twice. Both times I was met with disinterested waitstaff. At around 10 pm I went in to get my last order of the night and was met by a very disheveled manager (hair was half in a braid and half out), who informed me that my order was not ready. Not a fan of the lighting (it gave me a migraine). Everything was great.
Helen is an excellent server
the food was excellent but the service not so great, we had to get the attention of our waitress to ask for refills on our drinks and she did not seem to be happy when we asked for refills we also had to ask for more endless fries. waitress was not rude but definitely not interested in getting anything for us (a party of 9) without us having to flag her down.
I'm recommend Red Robin Gourmet Burgers!!!
