We were greeted and seated right away, the waitress was quick to our table, took our order quickly. We ordered the bottomless fries and out came our first basket, that was only half full, there were 3 of us, and was only refilled a 2nd time after we asked for them. When our apps came out, our daughter had to ask for the fireside sauce a 2nd time. I love the food at Red Robin. But I can't say that about it's service. Every single time my family and I decide to go to Red Robin and we are always disappointed. This location is where I go 99% of the time. Let me tell you about my latest event. My daughter's birthday, she chose to go to RR for her 8th. Due to my last visit, I asked my son to record the time we sat down. It took 55 minutes to get my food, we were served without silverware, so we waited more. My family and I ate there two days ago. Two of our burgers were bordering on rare and we both ended up spending a lot of time worshipping the porcelain god. The service was subpar as well. Our server kept forgetting what we asked for (water refill, lemon wedges, straws, etc.). Lastly, my rare burger was sloppily assembled. I ordered a Banzai burger. Nice place to get a good burger. Prices are reasonable and great atmosphere. Has a kids menu as well and is family friendly.
This location has the worst service ever!!! My daughter and I were seated quickly. Three families were seated after us and were immediately waited on. Saw the manager on the way out and all she had to say was an she get a to-go order for us? No “linda” what I want is my 20 minutes back!!! On a good note we found LarkBurger in the same shopping center and their burgers are sooo fresh way better than what can be expected from Red Robin.
