This was my first time at a Red Robin, and it was delicious! Our only complaint was my husband's burger was ordered with no pink in the middle, but it was a little under cooked. Besides that, we were highly satisfied! The house margarita was also excellent.
I was disappointed this evening! I used to get the seafood scatter. They have replaced it with fried cod and shrimp. The cod was so tough that I couldn't eat it all.
Service was very poor tonight and my burger was cold. It took about 10 minutes after our food arrived to our table to get silverware and napkins. I usually would rate around a 4 as I normally like their burgers, but tonight was very disappointing.
My boys love the burgers. The server is really good, always checking us out. The food is 😊
Ourservice was great but your signs on the tables are rude. The ones that say, OMG WATCH YOUR STEP OR WE'LL LOL.
I have only been there twice in over ten years didn't like it the first time and still don't. It was my daughters birthday yesterday and that's where she wanted to go. I took two bites out of my burger and didn't touch the rest. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves gourmet. Want a good burger go two Gunther Toodies now those folks now how to make a burger. The burgers, ambience and service has got Red Robin by a mile.
The worst service and food I have received....food was cold, waitress left me with an empty drink for most of my meal and when I asked to speak to the manager, they never came....left a note on my receipt and made a formal complaint with the website.....won't make the 40 miles trip to that RR again.
