Half ass. I'd rather eat burger king. I ordered a mac and cheese burger and there was only 6 noodles on it and my patty was grey and cold. Husband ordered one with jalapeño coins and he didn't get any on his. Meat was dry and cheap. Poorly made food.
Came in for a late night dinner (which my husband and I do often) and Southgate is always our destination. Before we were greeted we were passed by 2 staff members who wanted to talk to what seemed like a former employee behind us and we were ignored while they gabbed about the evening. We sat in the lounge and ordered everything at one time (beers, burger, sandwich, fries out first) for ease for our server. Food came 15 mins later (slow night, Med rare burger ordered). Amazing food and amazing customer service. They also love our Military which is a plus!
Very disappointed. Wanted a BLT sandwich. RR had a BLTA which was suppose to be (I thought) BLT with turkey and avocado. What is really was was a turkey sandwich with TWO small pieces of bacon and some avocado. I didn't want a turkey sandwich!! Hubby's coke was flat. He tried to tell the waiter that and he walked away in the middle of the conversation!! Busboy was busy busy. So busy that he overloaded the tub and one of the glasses fell out and broke!
