Raw burger when I specifically said well done. A server dropped a tray of dirty dishes right next to me, just walked away. Could see the line cooks and one was on his phone, while I was waiting for a cooked burger. Totally bad experience. One saving grace; our server was very attentive.
This place is horrible. After waiting 15 minutes to even be greated by the waiter, he stopped by just to say that he didn't have time for us. After 5 more minutes of waiting and watching all of the people who were seated after us being served we left. I talked to the manager on our way out, he certainly didn't care, didn't even ask where we were seated. The place wasn't busy, there was no excuse. So many better places to grab a burger in Castle Rock! Don't waste your time or money at this location!
The burgers are great, the prices are reasonable and with three boys the endless fries are very handy.
Red Robin is always a favorite. Good food, good service, good times!
We have had a Caesar salad from red Robin before. But today we were given a garden salad and Caesar dressing. and we were sold the idea that this is the "new Caesar salad" yet you sell a chicken Caesar salad with romain. Wth are you people thinking. Yet no one fixed the issue. If you ran out of romain then say so. What a joke!
Waited 30 minutes more people in waiting area than sitting and eating. No less than 8 tables completely empty for more then 15 minutes and still empty.
