bunless burger and steamed broccoli
we went to weekends in a row. Service was terrible both times. We had to ask 3 times for a box yesterday and waited a solid 10 min for it. The manager didnt seem to care. Last weekend, it was the same. Water glasses sat empty needing a refill for half an hour even after asking.
Ordered to go as usual. This time was absolutely horrible!! My kids won’t eat, my husband didn’t like his food and my fries nasty! Gross!! I don’t want underdone chicken and cheese fries! Nope and nope!

RR Castle Rock used to be one of our go to spots. No more. Nothing about our past few experiences would cause us to try again. Today is our last trip here. Bad all the way round.
Red Robin Castle Rock has become like an automat. Self pour wine and beer with credit card; staff ignores you. There were so few customers the sign said "self seating". Never brought the check. The machine on the table could not take cash of course so after hitting the call server button and no one came, we went upfront to pay the bill and there was no one there. We had to search them out. One man in particular was so rude and arrogant. Not going back. Not worth it.
Whatever you’re doing at the Castle Rock location, please stop! Seat yourself, wait 20 mins for a server to notice you’ve sat down, drinks always empty cause no one knows if you get your own or wait for your server to do it. This concept is absolutely horrible! If this is the future of Red Robin, your future will be closure.
Red Robin in Castle Rock was not a great experience. Server barely paid attention to us, & the food was bland.
