Whatever you’re doing at the Castle Rock location, please stop! Seat yourself, wait 20 mins for a server to notice you’ve sat down, drinks always empty cause no one knows if you get your own or wait for your server to do it. This concept is absolutely horrible! If this is the future of Red Robin, your future will be closure.

Red Robin in Castle Rock was not a great experience. Server barely paid attention to us, & the food was bland.

Thank you for treating school district staff to a free burger today. I took my entire family, and although you were very busy, the service was quick and friendly. Yummmm!

Had to see what other people are saying about Red Robin because my wife and her girlfriends had the same exeperience that Beth Allis did in March and here it is June. They sat for a long time before one got up to get a waiters attention. Waited longer for food. Finally got the attention of the manager and told him a list of problems including service, food quantity and quality, and same problems with the table kiosk being down, and trying to pay, which I think he is hearing a lot. Not worth the price. Wasn’t very clean either. We asked for refills twice and never got them. My daughter asked for Mac and cheese and she never got it.

We used to come here quite a bit, but the changes to the menu and the move towards serve yourself EVERYTHING has us moving someplace else. Way overpriced for what you get service wise.

the seat yourself and have to wait for a waiter to be greeted and given menus is ridiculous. don’t think I’m coming back anytime soon...
