Poor service both times I've visited this location. Waiter was mumbling, couldn't understand what he was saying. He never came back to ask if we needed refills or how everything was. We had to stop him while he was walking by to ask for more fries. By the time he brought them we were done eating. He noticed we were taking the survey & that's when he decided to ask how everything was, AFTER we were done.
The service was ok,The food was ok. Not exactly the best gourmet burger. My daughter got a two cheese grilled cheese. The bread was over grilled and the cheese was not melted all the way. For the price I could have gone some place else and got the same food for half the price
11 of us went to lunch today and Aaron was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing. I have nothing negative to say about his service today. When we go to lunch with such a big group it is sometimes hard to get decent service but today exceeded my expectations. Please give him compliments from us! Thank you!
I don't know why we keep coming back. I guess I just forget how much the service sucks. The food is fine. We brought my son for his birthday (his request), and told the server that it was his birthday. He has autism and loves attention, so we expected a happy birthday song. The server acted less than enthused, so I'm guessing that's why she never followed through. Additionally, food was forgotten, so she made up excuses. Some people suck at lying, and she's one of them. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.
If they ever tell you that their sitting you at table 41 refuse at all costs. It is the worst seat ever. Beside everyone in the restaurant coming by your table, they also hit you as they walk by. It sits right next to the entrance to the kitchen. So not only do you get restaurant talk you get kitchen, server, and front people walking in.
