The burgers, fries, and drinks were so good. The waiter Bud gave great service.
Went to the bar one day for wings. Employees talked shop in front of me until I had to remind them it tends to turn customers off about their visit.

The food was ok but the service was horrible! Johnathan H was the sever and he was terrible! Needless to say I left a tip commensurate with his poor service. The food would have been great if it was hot.
Red Robin has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The food (especially the burgers) is delicious.
Love this place!! Burgers are always done to perfection!! The peach tea is awesome and there is always more food than I can eat so I have lunch the next day too :)
My wife and I ate at this location today and normally it's a great experience but today was kinda awful. First they brought our food to the wrong table and it took an hour to get our food after they had to remake. Second and worst we order milk shakes to go and we got half shakes. We pay $8 for one shake to two cups.
My daughter has Celiac disease(glutin alergy) and Diabetes. The manager made her burger himself and delivered it to the table with gloves on. She loves their gluten free buns. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her food was ok and even helped us find out the carb counts. I would like to say a big thanks to everyone at the Red Robin in The Village of Sandhills.- Pontiac , SC
My waitress has aids and she was rude and just a horrible waitress. My food was cold as well
