Our local Red Robin is great. Best burgers in Columbia, SC. The wife loves the bottomless root beer float. Many great gourmet burgers and I have tried several on our visits there, but I always go back to your classic Red's Tavern Double, the one that made you famous in the first place. Horrible service for my sister birthday especially from the hostess. Very unpleased.
The food was great and the waitress was fast and excellent, came away full and satisfied, will come back again.
Had the Pollo Loco. Very good sandwich. Service was good at the bar as well.
Well, under normal circumstances, I'd have glowing comments as my visits to Red Robin are pretty nice, by and large. This last one wasn't so much. Now I know that folks have bad nights, but I also hate to have to point out when something is wrong, when it's pretty obvious. I went alone the other night, so I sat at the bar. I always know what I'm going to have before I ever even get in the car, so I was ready to place my order without looking at the menu. Food is good but portion sizes have gotten much smaller than when they first opened. Bottomless fries don't start till your food comes out unlike before where you got them when you ordered.
Best Burgers and service in town . We eat here as often as we can. Need to be able to give it 10 stars
