We love Red Robin...it's one of our top 5 of places to eat...we love several items on the menu...but have a little problem with trying new things because we order the same thing too much!!
Good food! Service okay. Had to ask for ketchup bottle was almost empty.
I usually have great service when I go here. Rarely I'll get a bad server who barely checks on my table and I have to wait awhile to get refills sauces more fries etc. There's one server there and we all think she is the best server we've ever had at any resturaunt (me and my fiancé go out to eat at various restaurants. Her name is Rachel, I recommend asking for her when you go in. She's VERY quick and people friendly. She's one of the reasons we keep going to the Red Robin and Sandhills. I absolutely love this place and pretty much every time the service was great.
My family and I were there on 10/2/16, and everything was excellent. The service and the food were top notch. The manager had to move our large party to another table and was apologetic for our inconvenience. He graciously reduced everyone's meal by 50% and since my son couldn't get the burger he ordered, his alternate meal was free. I can't say enough good things about our experience.
The burger, fries, staff from the moment we walked in the door, and Margarita was great!

If one of your gimmicks is going to be bottomless fries. I should not have to wait 15 minutes for my refill of fries. Very disappointed in the way this is handled every time. I think I'm done with trying!
