It was ok we waited 15min for our server to even notice us and then when we asked for fries witch are bottomless she only brought us one order and we were 3 she never bothered to see if I needed a refill for my bottem less drink or ask us if we needed any sauce for our boneless wings when we left we didn't even get to see her again or a thank you for comming nothing.
Under staffed, order was completely wrong... Ordered a Banzai Burger... Got a veggie patty ... Refills waited 20 min for... Won't ever go to this location again... Would rather travel an extra 45 min to my usual red robin.. Love red robin but not this location

Waited 20 minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks. It's not busy. Waitress unfriendly. Waitress helped another table next to us who were seated 15 minutes after us. Make me sad as this is usually a pretty awesome place. Customer service lacking. What happened to the upbeat and friendly people that you use to employ?
Horrible! I'm usually a big fan of this place and the prompt service and speedy service. But not this time.. waitress was impolite and didn't even know she had brought food to another table that was sat after us. How can you not know that?! All we got was a weak "Sorry".
My wife and I go often and we always experience great quality food (love the hamburgers and bottomless fries!) and excellent customer service. Thanks!
We had a great time. I loved the chalk boards and chalk while you wait. I had 4 teenagers with me and the wait time flew by because they were playing with the chalk boards and I was laughing at them. They should have them at all Red Robins.
Great burgers and fries thank you red Robin for honoring us veterans on this special day!
