On March 6th, I ordered a burger online at the Tanasbourne location in Beaverton, OR, and went to pick up the order. It was my birthday on the month, and I said to the person at the front that I wanted to use my birthday coupon. Thus, I was only charged for the gluten-free bun which was part of my meal. A day later, however, I saw a charge on my debit card for the ENTIRE meal. I called Red Robin back at least three times to explain the situation and was thrice told the charge would be remedied, but I was never appropriately ... read more
My burger was greasy, including the bun on the bottom, server had an attitude, but the beer was cold. Tried them again 2 weeks later... The server was cheerful, the beer was cold, and they didn't know what an open-faced sandwich is! I was totally UNDERWHELMED! Spend your money elsewhere...

Had a really good time here today. The food was super good, the server was the best ever and such a sweet personality. She was very attentive, we never had an empty glass. Great experience.
