The sweet potato fries are not only better for you, but the are just out & out better than the steak fries!!
Went into red robin today for dinner. First off it was freezing inside the building, it was like walking into a freezer and the service was not good also, we were stuck waiting (with a screaming baby because it was so cold) for over 30 minutes for our food and then I couldn't even pick my sandwich up because it was basically wet. The chicken was dry. Everything about this trip was uncomfortable and we will not be coming back soon any time soon.
I agree don't like them any more because of those computers things to order food. We had to find someone to so we can pay she was oh let me fix your computer. No one even came to see how our food was our check to see how we were doing! I worked as a waitress for 5 years and we had to work for our tips because I checked on my tables and made a connection with my guest. Will not being going back until they get rid of those computers!
Great food and great service today! I like the option to pay my bill right away via the screen so I don't have to wait. I agree with another comment that the games section doesn't need to be on there- the kids want to play and it's not time that. However that decision was not made at the restaurant level. The higher ups at their best.
Went to the Gresham location a couple weeks ago and it was horrible all the food we got was cold. And the cooks were playing toss the bowl in the kitchen. Red Robin what happened to you Shame on you! When we told the manager she did not seem concerned and just brushed it off. Our bill was over 70.00 for cold burgers and fries. Won't be back there.
