Made a carryout order tonight. They did not have what we ordered and we were not told until driving up to the store and standing around for awhile waiting until someone noticed us. All the manager could say was at least you don’t need a refund because we didn’t charge your card. Totally ridiculous customer service!
Always great food & great service. Atmosphere is always relaxed fun & comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. It’s one of our go to places.
just not that good. cold fries, 2nd batch needed cooked longer, burger was dry. Men's room was dirty.
My husband and I came in to get some dessert. The bartender got us water and never checked on us again. We waited for 20 minutes before we decided to leave.
Every time my wife and I go to RR we always get exceptional service and food. Great atmosphere and the wait isn’t too long. Levi has been our waiter since we started coming and he’s been more than professional and courteous. Great beard too. 5 stars.
