Awesome burgers and generally good service! The mushroom and Swiss burger is my favorite!�
Poor service. Burger not right while fixed rest got cold and not offered to re heat. Had to ask 3 times for more fries. Would NOT suggest this store
First the two people hosting almost looked annoyed the minute we walked in. Didn't offer us a kids menu. We sat down and waited and waited and then waited some more. 10 minutes went by and not one person came by to greet us, or say I will be with you. So we got up and left. The manager and two host were too busy talking to notice us as we walked out... So we went next door to Lone Star and it was amazing. Don't waste your time go somewhere else!
Keep up the great work. The Owasso location just keeps getting worse and worse. So disappointed the manager would even allow this to come out of kitchen.
After ordering 42mins prior. The waitress forgot to put in our order .. She came to the table and told us our food should be here soon. And then turned around and said she just put our order in ..Horrible place.
Had lunch today and took advantage of my free birthday burger. Thanks again to Bridgette for doing her usual fantastic job.
We have come in all the time and never had horrible service before, except for tonight. We had a waitress that apparently was also trying to bartend at the same time and handed us a Coke with chunks of food floating in it, and what also looked like to be strawberry puree in the glass as well; the excuse we got that she was a new employee. I dont see how that effects her eyesight. Also, my brother in law got the ghost tavern burger and it came out to what looked to be a child's burger. I just tried the new Bonzai Salad... teriyaki chicken with fruit and greens.... yummy ! It was really good.
